#AMEN!!!! by @proverbsdaily “It seems a lot of “Christians” think any stand for truth, for correction, any statement against sin is “Judging”. But judging someone vs standing on truth & offering correction are two different things. You are NOT judging a person when you stand for what the Bible clearly teaches even when it offends someone or makes them uncomfortable. Its not judging someone to lovingly tell them they are in sin according to the Bible. Prov 27:6 says Faithful are the wounds of a friend. A real friend tells you the truth even when you dont want to hear it. So many “Christians” take one verse in Matt 7:1 & try to build an entire doctrine on it but Jesus was talking about pride & acting like you are better than someone else. He did not contradict the entire Bible & its doctrines in one verse. Judging someone is entirely different than to stand on the Word of God for what is right, truth and to lovingly correct. We all need it, right?
Throughout the Bible mighty men of God and Jesus stood firm, without apology, for what was right even when it was unpopular. So when people say “dont judge me” they really are just looking for an excuse to continue in their sin & justify it. Dont be fooled or blinded by Grace. Don’t be a disgrace to Grace (Rom 6). So many “Christians” think they can live anyway they want to, but God said don’t be fooled, God is not mocked (Gal 6:7). YES we have Grace but God is holy and He HATES Sin. YES He loves the person but if they do not turn to Him through Christ & repent then there is no salvation. If you have turned to Christ & are saved but still live like you want, then you are in sin & God does punish to correct His children as any loving Father would do (Heb 12:6).
